Sandra Trimble, LMT is the owner of Mana Lomi Reiki & Massage. Sandy has been a licensed massage therapist since 2000 and is licensed in the States of Hawaii and Florida. Sandy's massage speciality is Hawaiian Lomilomi Healing Art of Massage which she learned while studying with Aunty Margaret Machado on the Big Island of Hawaii. Hawaiian Lomilomi has traditionally been used by the Hawaiian people to treat illness and dis-ease. Sandy continued her studies with Shelia O'Malley on Oahu. With the blessings of her kumus, Aunty Margaret and Sheila, Sandy now teaches Hawaiian Lomilomi massage in Florida. Myofascial massage is another of Sandy's massage styles which she combines at times with Hawaiian Lomilomi. She is currently in the process of completing classes in Medical Massage. Sandy is a teaching and practicing Usui and Karuna Reiki Master. She began her journey with Reiki in 1993 and has been teaching Reiki since 1998. She has students throughout the States, including Hawaii. In 2007, Sandy completed a year long certification process to become a Center Licensed Teacher with the International Center for Reiki Training. In addition to massage and Reiki, Sandy spends some of her leisure time playing golf and participating in other outdoor activities. Her dream is to see Mana Lomi Reiki and Massage become a place where people will feel comfortable and safe to pursue personal and spiritual growth and expand their knowledge in various areas. She also plans for Mana Lomi Reiki and Massage to provide space where other teachers can share their expertise with others. To contact her: (850)217-5419. MA#34648

Trish graduated from Ashmead College in Fife, Washington with honors.  She is currently licensed in Florida and North Carolina as well as a Nationally Certified LMT and member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

She moved Ft. Walton Beach and worked in a chiropractor’s office.  Deciding to  “do her own thing”, Trish built a practice of about 500 clients before moving with the military to Fayetteville, NC for 3 years.
Now back in Ft Walton Beach, she is currently rebuilding her practice, and invites her old clients to come see her as well as accepting new ones.  She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage and recently added Body Wraps along with Salt & Sugar Scrubs.

When not working she loves to be outside gardening and working in her yard.  Trish describes herself as a " Super Mom"   “Family is the most important part of my life and doing things together bring the biggest joy to me; whether it's at the soccer field cheering my daughter or the baseball diamond or football field cheering my son; there is no better place in the world.”

Melissa Rogers is a prior service Army Reserve medic who served in the first Gulf War. She has been a licensed massage therapist since January 1995 and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. Melissa is proficient in several styles of massage from relaxation to therapeutic to include Swedish, aromatherapy, raindrop therapy, Reiki, deep tissue, and medical. She listens to what is going on with you and addresses your concerns. She is very comfortable and adept at muscle specific massage for chronic and acute conditions as well as treating the whole person offering client education for self care when needed. She is a confessed workaholic and has another business she works as well. She has been a Partylite consultant for four plus years which feeds one of her obsessions, candles and candle holders. This also allows her to educate in a different manner. Candles and massage go hand in hand with relaxing and taking time for ones self. This way she gets to follow her life’s path by meeting a variety of people, forming connections and building relationships in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Her other obsession is reading and reads “anything I can get my grubby little hands on”. She is also involved with a Deaf Awareness Program with her best friend who is profoundly deaf. One of her goals is to form a group of people who know a little sign language, meet once or twice a month to practice, increase proficiency and learn more. Contact her at (850)865-7127. MA #18713
